Vegan Chocolate PB Oat Bars



These vegan oatmeal bars are a great way to enjoy the tasty combination of chocolate and peanut butter. They're simple to make and great for a quick dessert or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cocoa powder

Mix well until fully combined

Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips

Press mixture firmly into a lined 8x8-inch baking pan

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown

Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars
