Keto Chocolate Cookies - The BEST Cookies Ever!



These keto chocolate cookies are rich and delicious, but they don't have many carbs. These cookies are a great treat for chocolate lovers on the ketogenic diet because they have just the right amount of almond flour, cocoa powder, and sugar-free chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder

Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips

Form dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet

Flatten each ball slightly with your palm

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
