This sour cocktail has the sour taste of rhubarb with a lovely twist. The sour mix you make at home gives the gin with rhubarb a nice, fresh tang. The egg white gives it a smooth, velvety texture that makes it look nice and taste great.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rhubarb-infused gin
- 3/4 oz DIY sour mix
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Rhubarb ribbon for garnish
Instructions:
Gin with rhubarb added, homemade sour mix, simple syrup, and egg white should all be mixed together in a cocktail shaker
For about 10 seconds, give it a hard dry shake without ice
Put more ice in the shaker and shake it again until it's very cold
Strain the drink into a coupe glass that has been chilled
Put a rhubarb ribbon on top to finish
