Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Put fettuccine, shrimp, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, and butter in a large skillet
Add pepper and salt
Get it to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower the heat to a low level
It will take about 10 to 12 minutes of stirring every now and then until the pasta is done and the shrimp is pink and opaque
It will be smooth and melted after you add the Parmesan cheese
Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving
