Keto Smoked Atomic Buffalo Turd Jalapeno Poppers



There is nothing bad about these Keto Smoked Atomic Buffalo Turd Jalapeno Poppers; they are spicy, creamy, and totally keto-friendly. They taste great and would be great as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 10 large jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
  • 10 slices of bacon, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your smoker to 250F 120C

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced chicken, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined

Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture

Wrap each stuffed jalapeno with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick

Place the wrapped jalapenos on the smoker rack

Smoke for 2 hours or until the bacon is crispy and the jalapenos are tender

Serve hot and enjoy!
