Holy Grail Fish Tacos



These Holy Grail Fish Tacos are a flavor explosion! Marinated in zesty lime juice and spices, the fish is perfectly complemented by creamy avocado, crunchy cabbage, and tangy Greek yogurt. It's a healthy and satisfying meal that's quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb white fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • Hot sauce optional

Instructions:

Salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice should all be mixed together in a small bowl

Put the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the lime juice mixture over them

Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat

Put in the fish fillets and cook for three to four minutes on each side, until the fish is flaky and cooked all the way through

In a separate pan or oven, warm the tortillas

Place cooked fish on each tortilla, then add shredded cabbage, avocado slices, cilantro, red onion, and a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream on top

You can put hot sauce on the side if you want
