Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies



These almond butter chocolate chip cookies are a delightful combination of nutty flavor and rich chocolatey goodness. Made with almond butter and dark chocolate chips, they are a healthier twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Mix the egg, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and almond butter in a bowl until everything is well mixed

Add the salt and baking soda to the mix and mix it until dough forms

The dark chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in

Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared

Leave some space between each cookie

Use a fork or the back of a spoon to gently press down on each cookie

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down
