Ingredients:
- 8 oz red lentil pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook red lentil pasta according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and diced onion
Saut until fragrant and onion is translucent
Add diced red bell pepper, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika
Cook until bell pepper is tender
