Chunky Monkey Cocktail



Enjoy the tasty tastes of chocolate and banana in this vegan Chunky Monkey Cocktail. A rich base is made of creamy coconut milk, ripe bananas, and cocoa powder. A little maple syrup adds sweetness. You can add vegan chocolate liqueur for an extra rich twist. For an extra special treat, top with vegan whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any non-dairy milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 ounces vegan chocolate liqueur optional
  • Vegan whipped cream for garnish, optional
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish, optional

Instructions:

Cut the bananas into pieces after peeling them

Put the coffee, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and ice cubes in a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

If you want to use it, put the vegan chocolate liqueur in the blender and pulse it a few times to mix it in

Mix the Chunky Monkey Cocktail and pour it into glasses

If you want, you can decorate it with vegan whipped cream and chocolate shavings

Serve right away and enjoy!
